Fit Check ("we", "our", or "the app") helps users discover clothing colors that may complement their appearance and skin tone.
Fit Check may request access to photos or the camera when you choose to use a photo for color analysis. The image is used to provide the requested analysis and recommendations.
Fit Check is designed to process user photos on the device. Photos are not intentionally uploaded to or stored by Fit Check's developers. Users can choose which photo to provide and can revoke camera/photo permissions through Android settings.
Fit Check does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other direct personal information to use the core color-recommendation feature.
We do not sell personal information or user photos. We do not intentionally share user photos with advertisers or other third parties.
If advertising is added to a future version of Fit Check, the app's privacy policy and Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated to describe the advertising technology and any data it processes.
Fit Check is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app's features or data practices change. The updated policy will be posted at this location with a new effective date.
